Author – John C. Payne:

John C. Payne was born I Chicago but now lives in San Antonio Texas where he writes the thrilling trilogy "Three And Out", San Francisco "Apartment Manger", San Antonio "Psych Hospital", and "The Chicago Terminus ". We had a chance to sit down with him in San Antonio.  Mr. Payne was born in Chicago but moved to Wisconsin as a youth. He is a retired service member of the US Army and successfully operated three small businesses in the past. He loves to write and teach. John was an adjunct professor.
