Singer Sarah Packiam:
Born and raised in Ireland, Sarah began writing songs at the age of 12 and won the National 2FM song contest at 14 in 1997. She also represented Ireland in The Song Contest for Young People in Europe (S.C.Y.P.E.) where she took second place. Several Live TV performances followed and she signed a development contract with EMI Ireland at that early age.
Her father is a blues musician from India who inspired her with his musical influence and at the age of 18 Sarah moved to Spain where she performed regularly in bars and nightclubs in the family band. She was discovered and sent to Miami by Jon Secada and was taken under his wing, co writing and being produced by Tim Mitchell. In 2009 Sarah was part of Shakira's promo tour singing background vocals and playing guitar and banjo. She also opened with her band for Smashmouth and Jason Mraz at the Sunfest Festival and she sang with Carole King, Gloria Estefan, Queen Latifah, Ricky Martin and other artists at the Estefan's Charity event "The Power of Love Gala" in Las Vegas.
Sarah's first Independent CD "One for two" was released in 2012 and her EP "Dream" was released in 2013.
In 2014 she started writing, producing and recording her new album while she continued playing in the Miami music scene. Her third studio album is called "AGAIN" and was released on May 18, 2015.
The first single from "AGAIN" was "Silly Little Love Songs" whose music video was shot in a small Island near Miami's downtown with her friends as extras; while the video for the second single "Messed Up" was shot in the whereabouts of Los Angeles showing her rocker side as she messed up the Californian desert :)
During the month of June, Sarah grabbed her guitar, did a few shows in New York and Nashville and headed to Europe for an "Acoustic Solo Tour" where she performed in Spain, France, Luxembourg, Germany and Switzerland.
AGAIN is available on Itunes, Amazon, Spotify, Pandora and the usual virtual stores.
Singer/Author Jonathan Taylor :
'The truth cannot be silenced. Thousands of copies already downloaded.' I believe that readers of these memoirs are likely to find them vile and repulsive, reasons that I question the purpose of publishing it. Do we indulge the psychopath? To place him upon a pedestal where he can attain fame, through his killings? Is this what he wants, a pulpit of hate from which to preach? Meat – Memoirs of A Psychopath ‘The Definitive Edition’, is truly a ‘world first’ in contemporary literature. Each book contained inside is written by the ‘characters’ within. Each work is intentionally written in a quite specific and separate genre. This publication, ‘The Definitive Edition 2015’, contains eight separate and uniquely identifiable works. It includes an accompanying musical soundtrack: 1:40 minutes and additional audio book.
So I ask you, what more could you want? "Get Behind Me, Now Stay There" more fun than .............................. - See more at: http://www.justimagineitink.com/this-just-in-blog#sthash.gpoJEk9D.dpuf
